Homeownership

Our Homeownership Program will help walk you through all the steps of home buying to help you become a sustainable homeowner.

I am interested in taking a HUD-approved 8-hour in-person homebuyer education class.

I am interested in one-on-one counseling to help me achieve my goal of owning a home. This may include financial literacy and/or down payment assistance.

I am intersted in taking a class and counseling to help me improve my credit, savings and create a budget.

I am not currently working with a lender, and I am in need of a loan to be able to purchase a home or refinance my current home.

I am in need of a real estate agent to help me sell my home
